(Formerly Dominique Danielle Micu-Stan)
I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio . I attended The Ohio State University graduating from the Fisher College of Business in 2004 and the College of Pharmacy in 2006. After spending 16 years in retail pharmacy, I decided I wanted to get back to patient care by helping people understand their Medicare options.
Over the years I have seen countless patients, including my own parents, struggle after selecting or being sold an insurance plan that wasn't the best option for them. It broke my heart when someone couldn't pick up a medication simply because they couldn't afford it. I am passionate about helping and serving others to the best of my abilities. My experience as a pharmacist affords me the skills and the knowledge to help my clients in choosing the best healthcare plans for their individual needs.
I promise to give you the best of me. I will listen to you. I will answer all of your questions and provide guidance when needed. I will continue to work hand-in-hand with you, year after year, to reevaluate your plan to be sure you are always in a plan that fits your needs.
A Medicare Supplement (also called a Medigap plan), sold by private companies, can help pay some of the health care costs original Medicare doesn't cover, like copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles.
Medicare Advantage plans are new health care options that are part of the Medicare program. Coverage may include Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage as well as hospital, doctor, skilled nursing, and other medical services.
Medicare Part D is the federal government's prescription drug program that covers both brand-name and generic prescription drugs at participating pharmacies in your area.
Taking care of our teeth, eyes and ears is essential. Medicare itself does not cover routine dental, vision, or hearing exams. It also does not cover copayments related to the health of your eyes, ears, and smile. Fortunately, there are several affordable dental, vision, and hearing insurance options we can offer our clients to cater to their individual needs.
Critical Illness Insurance provides additional coverage for medical emergencies like heart attacks, strokes, or cancer. This type of insurance provides a lump-sum, tax-free payment in the event of a major medical event.
